Designed by experienced doula and master Pilates teacher, Sophie has worked with all sorts of mums who have been in the trenches of motherhood, exactly where you are now.  

 

Hey ThereI'm Sophie!

I'm a qualified postpartum doula, pilates instructor, shiatsu therapist and mother of two. I've helped thousands of women with a range of pelvic and core health issues over the past 18 years in my clinical practice. 

Helping women befriend their body with kindness and reverence is my jam. Providing mama's like you with tools and knowledge to feel connected and strong and at home in your body after giving birth is why I created Motherbody: RESTORE. 

This course offers you the the foundations of core recovery that I wish every new mama knew BEFORE returning to everyday life or regular exercise.

This is a program you do AS WELL AS, not instead ofall the other things you love doing.
