Join me and a small group of lovely mothers for an interactive prenatal pilates series via zoom Tuesday 6-7pm for four Tuesday's. 

Here's what you'll get:

1. Join: FOUR WEEKLY PRENATAL PILATES CLASSES TAUGHT LIVE EVERY TUESDAY 6-7 PM.

2. Learn: ALL ABOUT YOUR PELVIC FLOOR AND ABDOMINALS AS THEY CHANGE THROUGH PREGNANCY.

3. Balance: YOUR BODY IN PREPARATION FOR BIRTH AND TO HELP RELIEVE PAIN AND TENSION. 

4. Take away: EASY TO DO AT HOME EXERCISES AND THE CLASS RECORDING WILL BE AVAILABLE TO YOU FOR A WEEK AFTER EACH LIVE CLASS.
