2. Learn: ALL ABOUT YOUR PELVIC FLOOR AND ABDOMINALS AS THEY CHANGE THROUGH PREGNANCY.
3. Balance: YOUR BODY IN PREPARATION FOR BIRTH AND TO HELP RELIEVE PAIN AND TENSION.
4. Take away: EASY TO DO AT HOME EXERCISES AND THE CLASS RECORDING WILL BE AVAILABLE TO YOU FOR A WEEK AFTER EACH LIVE CLASS.
