I took a series of 4 online prenatal Pilates classes with Sophie during my 4th pregnancy and I found them very helpful. I feel like my body isn't in the best shape with all those changes and the exercises are very useful to get more strength and flexibility. Sophie explains well all the details about movements, breathing and aims of exercises. I also appreciated how the composition of classes covered different issues related to pregnancy. I'm using the information I learnt not only in my exercise routine but also in everyday movements. I particularly enjoyed the Zoom format of the classes that allowed me to participate from home and also repeat them anytime later. Sophie is very gentle and tuned into her clients' needs and capacity. I plan to do postnatal Pilates with her as well and can only recommend her classes to any pregnant woman.
