 Nesting & Resting will help you to care for your body through pregnancy, birth and early postpartum.

You'll get -

  • 20 Prenatal Pilates classes to do in your own time. Do one class per week for 20 weeks, or do one per day for 20 days! Classes are based on the principles of Optimal Fetal Positioning and the underlying intention for every class is to help you learn how you can prepare your body to give birth more gently on your body and for your baby.
  • Nurture Her postpartum planner - to help you plan and heal better after you baby is born.
  • Resource lists for breastfeeding, sleep, early parenting - to support you with where to find the information you need when early motherhood feels overwhelming.
  • Safe stretches and exercises to help relieve aches and pains during early postpartum when your body might feel sore.

MEET YOUR TEACHER

Nesting & Resting has been carefully and lovingly designed over many years of teaching and working with mums, to meet the specific and changing needs of your Motherbody. This resource has been developed through my time working as a prenatal pilates teacher and postpartum doula and is a collection of resources I offer to the Mothers I work with in person. You'll learn to tend to common aches and pains, practice simple movements to help you prepare for birth, and discover strategies to support your transition into early Motherhood. Think of this like having your own personal mama centred pilates teacher, shiatsu therapist, and postnatal doula, available to you right in your pocket. ✨
