  • Take away SIMPLE exercises you can do at home to keep your shoulders healthy, happy and strong.
  • Suitable for pregnant and postnatal mama's, and women who want to tend to their tight, sore, aching shoulders.

**You will need a small firm ball for this workshop like a spiky ball, tennis ball, golf ball, firm small massage ball, lacrosse ball.

You will also nee some massage oil. Something like coconut or olive oil is fine.**

 

A recording will be available to you for two weeks after the workshop. This is just in case you can't make it live. And also so you can refer back to the bits you loved to help you build your own home practice.
